Okay, I’m just going to come out and say this- China and its continued successful hacking of US assets is going to get a lot of soldiers killed on the battlefield. China has continued to hack their way in, bribe their way in, or flip people in the US to China’s side, and are getting a treasure trove of data.

The fact that this information wasn’t on a secure server further goes to show how lax our security really was. Based on what was stolen, this should have been buttoned up a long time ago to prevent something like this from happening.

I've watched mobile phones go from brief-case sized and mounted into cars. I've seen monochromatic screens change to color, and from non capacitive to full on touch screens. I've watched the rise of social media as well. I've seen at lot of stuff over my lifetime, so I have some insight into where tech has been that helps me better understand where tech is going.
