I’m back to using the Gboard keyboard….sigh

I tried. I really tried to use other keyboards besides Gboard. I liked Gramerly a lot,but it didn’t have auto predicting or auto correcting options. Or if it did then I didn’t find them.

I tried SwiftKey,but that was worse than Gramerly. I kept hitting the back space key over and over and over again. It drove me NUTS!

So I’m back to the Gboard keyboard on my phone. Sigh.

I was there when personal computers became a thing with my Commodore 64, and we used audio cassettes as hard drives and dot matrix printers ruled. I was there for the birth of cable television, and televisions going from 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratios. I saw cameras and photography go from analog to digital, just like I watched music, movies, and everything else go digital. I lived in a world without Google and Amazon. I've watched mobile phones go from brief-case sized and mounted into cars. I've seen monochromatic screens change to color, and from non capacitive to full on touch screens. I've watched the rise of social media as well. I've seen at lot of stuff over my lifetime, so I have some insight into where tech has been that helps me better understand where tech is going.
